For the record, he was fired for being a shitty cop. Lost some evidence (weed) from a stop and didn't report it. Then come court day...

Perfect example of our point here.

When you're a moron, even the simplest of things are hard. We have an abundance of challenged people in this thread.

He was running away. Away. Not at them. Look he was in the wrong, but to pretend like this guy was even remotely considering killing these cops is about as far as you can reach.

Since you know what was going through his head, can you tell me his opinion of the designated hitter?

After watching the entire video. He was super friendly the entire time. As soon as the cops tried to arrest him, he started fighting.

I guessed that he must have been on probation, and was worried about going back to prison if he got arrested again.

It makes perfect sense. He tried to play friendly and nice, hoping the officers could have let him go with a warning. Sure, maybe they could take his keys and allow him to walk home, or maybe have him call someone to pick him up, but they are also in their rights to arrest him. As soon as he saw he couldn't play nice to go home, his goal was to fight them. he didn't want to go back to prison. He fired the taser back hoping to slow the officers in pursuit so that he could make a clean getaway.

Guess you don’t remember those police officers that were shot in Baton Rouge and Dallas a few years ago.

Never introduce logic when morons are exposing themselves. I dont know what they do fo a living, but if their decision making and reasoning at their jobs is as bad as it is here, I'd be surprised if they are even employed.

He fired a taser at the cops after he violently took it from them. That's justifiable use of lethal force in every department in this country. This isn't some grey area. It's extremely cut and dry. I know the most high risk situation you've ever been in is getting stuffed in your locker, so we won't hold your lack of experience against you.

a taser? bottom line is he didn't deserve to be shot and killed.

If this was a white guy that was killed, all the Poli board trash here would have destroyed the officer involved.

Shooting anyone in the back? Not good.

Quit being such a whiney little bitch . I guarantee pretty much everyone would say it was an appropriate use of force no matter what his race. But you've got some crusade to fulfill so this isn't really surprising.

After he punched the officer in the face and stole his weapon then turned around and shot at him.

He was in fact committing a violent felony when his life was justifiably terminated.
