Totally agree. .108 is not that drunk. It’s not insanely drunk like a prior person posted. The legal drinking limit across the country used to be .10 15 years ago or so. He was barely above that. That’s not fall asleep in the drive through drunk. He was on some sort of pill.

George Floyd was killed by a cop, no question, and was the right one to get behind. Then you support this BS and it weakens your whole arguement.

That’s not insanely drunk at all. That 4 beers for the average man. I’m not defending him, it’s above the legal limit but it’s not insanely drunk. .1 was the limit in all 50 states for decades until the feds forced it through highway funding to reduce to .08.

He was coherent after they woke him up and before he went nuts. Once he went nuts, he deserved what he got but the .108 isn’t really a factor in all this.

I’m probably picking the wrong argument to make these points though. The cop should get off, but I doubt he will with all the publicity and public outcry. Just a shitty world we’re living in right now.

Hello I have been reading this discussion and others. I initially read only the first three pages of one post. I came across the comments and the link to the court records stating to research all of this information for yourself. I have seen a few people comment that they can find no actual evidence to support that he was in jail and released for Covid19. I also came across the comment "stating Actually, if you click the link for the false imprisonment case, which was the first 7 year charge, along with another 7 and a 5 which ran concurrently, it shows he was assigned a new public defender on January 27th, 2020. He was in fact in jail at this time, 6 years after he was sentenced." I have had several people who say they have gone over these records and claim that this man was not in jail or released because of Covid19. I am trying to located indisputable proof of this information ,because I am a very firm believer in truth and facts.

I am not a racist person but the past two weeks has shown me that I can no longer claim to "not have a racist bone in my body". Whether it's this cancel culture bullshite or the media springing this Juneteenth crap (after just pushing Kwanzaa to the moon) on us (why not observe during BHM?) or this Skai Jackson biatch inciting harassment & punitive action against minors.




I'm over it. If you want a federal holiday in June then go battle it out with the queers for ownership of June and send the loser to February. Atlanta DA playing politics and making this go away until after the elections. I heard the Grand Jury schedule is out into fall and the trial date wouldn't be until next year. What happened to a speedy trial? The guy is going to sit in jail longer than OJ despite everyone knowing he was overcharged and will be found not guilty. SEC postseason games should be moved to Nashville. It's gotta go both ways...if you want to put the screws to the MS legislature over a flag then you need to put the screws to the ATL for allowing mob rule.
