Pizza joint that leaves its doors open all the time on a street known for trash on streets gets rats inside? Shocked I tell you

I can assure you every restaurant in the French Quarter or anyplace with old buildings have rats. They have to trap them because they aren’t allowed to poison.

You sure? I was in the to go line at Cafe Du Monde one time and there’s this little “flower bed” along that retaining wall/MS River levee, and that little flower bed looked like a damn mass grave for rats. I just assumed they were poisoned.

That's why you get a barn cat
A shipyard in Mobile had a few rats in a huge warehouse. They got a cat. Rats were gone fast, cat is still around, and well cared for.

You can see the huge shipyard (Austal) to the south of I-10 and you are entering/leaving the tunnels there.

Tanden and friends got tired of shredded magazine and wanted some pizza. I don’t see the problem.

What sort of clientele do they serve?

Like Ryan’s steakhouse or like chicken and waffles?

Thread title made me think of the bar scene in gremlins.

Maybe they should try a polaroid camera.

Which is exactly why I would rather not eat anywhere in the French Quarter. I swear I saw a rat the size of a small possum one night in the courtyard of Pat O's.

I was sitting on the subway coming home from a Yankees game and the doors opened at a station and people were running and screaming. I thought we were getting jihaded.

I’m just lying here, half paying attention scrolling through posts until I decide to go to bed, and this just killed me for some reason.
