My wallet. I rarely have more than $100 cash and all else I carry is my driver's license, a credit card and one debit card.

Common sense kind of question, but I will play.....phone easily. My life doesn't revolve around my phone, so if I lose it....$100 at most and it's replaced. Also, everything I had on it is on new one, and it literally could happen within an hour or two of me going to the store.

If I lose my wallet, I have to cancel every card I was carrying...lose every recent receipt I was planning on saving for something...I mean we're talking about contact cards, bank cards, everything...and it takes weeks to replace cards. Some stuff you can't replace. A phone....I can have a new one with everything identical within 24 hours.

I guess some people could have bank information on their phones. I have bank apps on my phones, but the passwords aren't saved. It seems like that might be a standard thing for bank apps not to let you, but I don't know if other people have that information saved.

Unless you are carrying a ton of cards or cash, it's probably better to lose wallet. Phone will be wiped and sold and you are out a ton of money. If you cancel cards and get new ones, as well as buy new drivers license and get insurance replacement cards , you're only out a little time and money.

Don’t give a frick about losing the phone. I can erase it remotely if needed. Losing a wallet would really suck, though. Cash would be gone, calling to cancel cards, getting new cards, new insurance cards, new drivers license, I have to have TWIC and DoD badges for work so all those would have to be replaced... frick that noise.

A phone easily. The shite you have to go through to replace the wallet contents is miserable. Who cares about the monetary cost at that point?

Wallet.

Because I don’t own one.

I keep my license and one credit card in a sliding back on my phone case. I keep cash in my pocket.

I'd rather lose my wallet because they only things I keep in there are my ID and a couple cards. The cards can easily be cancelled and ID can be replaced a hell of a lot cheaper than a phone can.

Why are people making it out to be some kind of major hassle to replace a card? When was the last time you people had to do that? I replaced one with capital one a couple weeks ago and it took one 5 minute phone call. What kind of shite bank are you people using?

Recently downsized the wallet I use. So I'd rather lose that over having to replace a phone

I use a money clip and have a cheap shitty phone, so it's a toss up... in fact I could lose both and still sleep fine.
