How much is acreage within 20-30 miles of town? How friendly are the zoning laws?

Good luck, not sure how many people buy local vs at the store over in those parts. Keep us updated if you do go forward with the idea

I'm trying to sell my uncles on the idea of an actual brand. I think the SW and SE, the cities at least, are extremely under-valued and under-utilized. Establishing the market before anyone else could be lucrative.

Well thats the thing, its a couple hundred thousand an acre minimum in Scottsdale but 20-30 miles from town I am not sure....I could find out. Singh Farms came up though because they made a deal with on the Indian Reservation which is basically Scottsdale as far as location, its just reservation farmland so its probably cheap. Its still 5 minutes away from the 5-10 million dollar houses though so all of the rich people go crazy and all of the organic and high end restaurants buy their stuff...plus they have a compost deal with ASU and other golf courses. The cost of land probably doesn't matter that much to them and they probably pay off the zoning people. The dude who owns it is an old Indian hippy and he is BALLING which is why I said you could make bank if you could hustle, you would be surrounded by rich people that buy into whatever.

Jesus Henry Christ. I can still buy farmland in my home county for 2k/acre....

Exactly what I'm looking for. Affluent cities filled with pretentious people who are willing to pay absurd prices for fricking tomatoes. The past year I pulled 87k in revenue in a city of <100k, and dragging arse most of the time. An aquaponic set-up is even less labor intensive, and I imagine y'all have enough immigrants willing to work for cheap.

I am sure the financial side could be worked out, its all in the marketing.

Found her. Felicia Ganci. Can't post pics on my phone for some reason so I will let someone else take the torch on this one.

I'm the progeny of car and boat dealers, if I couldn't market, they'd disown me.

Above the neck is really nice 8.5 almost 9 range, but the inflatables knock her down a few points. I rate her a 7 and without the augmentation she would be higher. While I don't appreciate the fakes, IWHI.

you ain't lying.... she's pretty hot too...
but at this point, it's like choosing between a Ferrari and a Lambo.... both are rare, exotic, awesome cars and come down to personal preference, but everyone would take one in a heart beat....

She reminds me of Jennifer Love Hewitt. She's a smoke show but she is like a classic pretty I feel. She probably wakes up as a damn 10.

I think they are too big for her and knock points off of her overall hotness. I'm a boob guy but there is a point when they are too big. At that size I might as well blow up a small balloon to three times its size and see how nice it feels in my mouth and hand.
For the win, it is my personal rating and you can rate her however you like.
