If you say so. If he reported it to management, then I agree with that. Hell, I've considered doing it myself because I've ran into this kinda stuff in mall food courts and whatnot. There's kids around, listen to your shite censored or something.
But if I called a member of management demanding that the employees got fired because I was offended, then that would make me an entitled, whiny bitch. Take it to management and let them handle the situation internally. Stop being a SJW.

My issue is that you assume this is their first offense. That’s usually the behavior of someone who is looking to blame everything on someone else or claim discrimination. Not saying you are, but jumping to those conclusions leads to that sort of thing
Let’s face it, this is a race issue plain and simple. There is an implied discrimination or else it wouldn’t be a news item
Im not looking to blame racism or discrimination. Thats not mt schtick. I am unafraid to call out blatent racism, but lets be honest, we dont live in the 50s. So true racism is rare in today's world.
I am going by what the young lady said in reports that I read. So everything Im saying is based on hypotheticals on if her account was 100% accurate.
I have not read anything that suggest this firinf has been in the making from her being a terrible employee.

Your argument makes no sense
You say this...
Then this...
So you wouldn’t have an issue if the VP called the manager just to say he didn’t like the music and it shouldn’t be played?

Regardless, playing that song is a fireable offense if the manager decides it’s a fireable offense. That’s the beauty of a private business. Unless you know some law that violates?

Nope. Not at all. I wouldn't even have a problem if he called, they evaluated the situation, and decided to fire them (which seems to be what happened).
I'm just saying it's a classic lib move to try to automatically get someone fired because you're offended by something you hear.

Im not debating that. Im simply saying that is stupid for being an automatic fireable offense, if that was not something they were warned about prior.

I mean I hear what you are saying, but I think you are really simplifying the argument
The “classic lib move” you refer to would be to get you and your friends together, force your way into the manager’s office, refuse to be removed until he resigns, call him a racist, hit people with bike locks and cause mayhem in the streets until you get what you want.
That’s a little different then a phone call

No it's not. You're just dramatizing the situation based on a handful of situations that support your preexisting notion of liberals or talking points regurgitated in the echo chamber that is the Poly Board. Most liberals and conservatives are normal, everyday people that can't be judged by the nutcases on their fringe. 99.9% would have either called and demanded they were fired or would have started some big social media to-do until an angry mob forced the employees out, regardless of what management thought.
Regardless, it seems like the guy actually did handle the situation in a civil and reasonable manner so I suppose it doesn't really matter.

I get your point and am somewhat starting to agree with you if your hypothetical situation would have happened

He's a guy who will be selling CDs out of his trunk in 2 years if he keeps giving away money like that.
