Why the f*ck do windshield wipers cost $70 for a set? Don’t give me bs about supply/demand or supply chain issues.

What makes them so special?

Can you drive safely without them when it’s raining?

But I agree they’re overpriced.

They don't.

Only certain ones do.

You can buy cheapies, but you get what you pay for.

You won't feel this way when you're caught in a downpour.

I don't know. You tell us. You're the one that spent $70 on a set when you could have spent much less.

Are you buying only the refill? And are you buying from the dealership?

Volvo does a cool thing by simply replacing the rubber blade portion. The second one starts to streak I order a new set. Slide out the old ones and replace, very little waste.

For real. I must shop in a cheaper section because I'm not paying 70 bucks for blades.

You are probably replacing the entire cartridge and not just the blade. Just replace the blade and it will be much cheaper

I've done it before. Drivers side went flying off and I stuck my head out the window. True story. Lolol

Inserts only cost me $10.99 each. I'm not an OT Baller who drives a G-Class though. I guess there's truth in mo' money, mo' problems.

Wait til you buy a Toyota and are charged for a subscription service to start using your wipers.
