I see it no differently than a person wearing their team’s hat or t-shirt. It’s just a piece of apparel representing your team. I don’t get why people have to make it more than that. Even caring about that is more juvenile than anything else.

I've got a george brett powder blue road jersey from the mid-80's. If I was the same size as brett was in the mid 80's, I would wear it regularly. Instead of just to weddings and shite like I do now.
