He says in some of his vids one of the most common comments he gets is that he should work for the CIA, but he apparently has no interest. Can't blame him really, with the right monetization and his huge following he'll make waaaayyyyyyyy more money and live a much easier life sticking to internet content.

100%. I can’t think of many reasons to quit what he’s doing just to become a faceless part of a thankless government.
Right now, the amount of money he makes & schedule he sets is entirely up to him. Why leave that? I don’t know many people who would.
