Have you been downtown Houston lately? I work downtown at Elgin and Main. Its like zombie land here. Saw a guy punching cars as they drove around his arse one day.

Doesn't look like he got to have it 'his way'.

It's impossible to be a black racist according to the SJWs.

So, when are the charges coming against her for excessive force by tasing him while he's down. He dindu nuffin'!

He very obviously pushes the employee first. I don't know how you could be waffling on this.
Guy's wrecking g the store, staff and customers are scared, employee tells him to stop, he shoves employee. Frankly I do t think he needed to push him, he was already behaving violently and unpredictably.

1. Dude is a piece of shite.
2. Once on the ground he was restrained. At that point call the cops and let them deal with him.
3. The woman and the guy in the red shirt both sould be arrested for assault because of their actions after the guy is on the ground. Him for the slap, her for the repeted tazeing and kicking him. The guy who started it all by showing his arse should be arrested for vandalism and disturbing the peace.
4. Tazer woman will be justifiably terminated by Burger King.
5. Dude on the ground, while being a piece of shite, has a legitimate case to sue the shite out of Burger King thanks to the actions of tazer chick.
6. Old dude in the white shirt is the only one in the whole deal who is innocent of anything. All he did was reatrain the man after he was in the ground.

Before watching the video, I was definitely Team Burger King, now I'm going back and forth. A Burger King employee threw the first punch, another guy was stepping on his neck, then we have the female employee taser him while he's on the ground. After that, a sucker slap from a random while he's on the ground, another jolt from the taser while he's still on the ground, and a kick from the female.
He's a POS, and I certainly didn't mind seeing him get his arse whipped... But some Burger King employees gonna get fired.
ETA-Dude probably isn't playing with a full deck either

Burger King will get sued and have to settle this situation which was handled poorly.

You don't think punching, kicking, stepping on someone's neck, and tasering someone while they're on the ground is an escalation of the situation? Even by four individuals against what looks like a mentally unstable man with a leg injury?
I honestly don't know anyone can look at that video and think the 4 people who kicked his arse are 100% in the right, and did nothing wrong. We'll see what Burger King does about it I guess.

You guys really believe what happens after that is a reasonable response to that particular individual?

Color me shocked a bunch of BK employees don't know how to handle this situation...
They didn't have at least ONE manager there who knew to call the police?
This would never happen at Chick Fil A

I sw that. At that point legally the guy can defend himself, which he does. But once the guy is on the ground and is restrained, that's it, it's over. The guy in the white shirt had him well under contol. Call 911 and go about your day once the cops arrive. But the woman and red shirt guy didn't do that. Instead they chose to assault a restrained and already defensely man. It would be illegal if cops did this just as it's illegal for them to do it.
