I quit dipping in April. It wasn't easy but it's been almost 3 months now. I just had to make myself not buy the next can. Good Luck.

Dig in and don't give in! If I can do it, so can you!

Do you miss that sweet sweet nicotine yet?

That little spike when you first put it in.

The tingle on the inside of your lip.

The rush and feeling of absolute calm

no matter the level of withdrawal. keep strong in the fact, that in 3 weeks this will all be over. if you can make it past the 3 week mark, it's all down hill and will power at that point.

As a redneck, I started dipping in Jr. high. I gotta say it was a disgusting habit but was quite normal playing ball, at recess, after eating, while driving or at the movies.

While at LSU, a girl I liked gave me this article and that was it
Sean Marsee's Smokeless Death

In the first year, I did relapse twice after partying around dippers who offered me Skoal. Got nauseous and spit it out the first time. Threw up the second time and that was it.

The cravings flared up for a while but gradually subsided. I think I still have that article in my college junk box in the attic with that VHS tape of me and three ATO buddies with that wild sorority chick.

The grossest thing is the spitting and spit receptacles.

Given he is an aggie though I'm sure he swallows.

Good luck.
