Anxiety

Maybe I just understand, but serious question. What does caffeine have to do with anxiety? Honestly curious.

Too much caffeine can make you feel jittery. If you have anxiety issues I'm sure that doesn't help things maybe?

....and migraines....dint forget the god awful migraines like I had today. I was like a heroine addict. Couldn't handle it anymore and had to go get a Dr Pepper

It's all in your heads. Everything I've quit I quit cold turkey, never had any of these headaches or anything. Sodas, nicotine, stuff

Caffine is a trigger for people with anxiety.

I use to drink coffee regularly, stopped when I starting having panic attacks. I haven't had serious problems with anxiety in years but I still drink coffee just when I need it. When I was drinking it all the time it didn't do much good because I was use to it. Now it's a kick in the pants when I need it.

I cut cold drinks and coffee cold turkey. I wasn't bad off, 1-2 cups of coffee a day and one Diet Coke a day with a few others here and there.

I allowed myself to drink unsweetened tea in the evenings for the first week just when I got headaches. It really only took about a week to knock it all out.

Back it up some between smang sessions to try to get a little more distance on the shot

So you only drink your drinks hot? Must be a hassle getting adequate service in restaurants.

Is your non-fapping bringing you closer to God? Do you feel more spiritual?

Paul, it's caffeine. Man up and stop making it like you are about to be getting dope sick or something.

describes me perfectly "except i have not drink any since" Started really making me anxious. at one point i was drinking 3-4 16oz red bulls a day. Then drinking several cups of coffee. I kept needing more and more to get that feeling i wanted. Then boom the anxiety started, every time i drank coffee i would be on edge and nervous. So i swapped to decaff, but eventually i got tired of the pissing all day long from it so i just quit. Hadnt had any since, and no anxiety probs since
