Talk about a downward trajectory from your 20s.

I know you're going to try to argue that's not what you were saying, but we all know it is. That's your argument in a nutshell.
"You could do it too if you had a can do attitude."
Which has been shown to be complete bullshite by any number of graphs or figures posted in this thread. You and the other moron born on 3rd base just refuse to acknowledge it.

just so we are clear. you are saying you were able to buy the land for the house you built with your own bare hands by the age of 22, while also working full time and going to night school, by saving money that you were being paid by working part time jobs when you were a teenager?
If any of that nonsense is even true, he could buy land and build a home with minimal wage jobs, while going to college full time and paying for it.

That's what so beautifully ironic about his stupidity.

Exactly.
It is hilariously ironic.

Typical Roger response when you prove him wrong.

And in the 70s, with a $500 scholarship that probably completely covered his whole semester’s worth of night school tuition.

All it would take to end this is just them admitting, "hey, yeah, maybe we had some factors in our favor when growing up."
Instead they take every opportunity to double down on "we had nothing and built everything with it and clearly it's just the kids are lazy now."
Simply amazing.

This is actually pretty atypical for rog. His usual response is to call you a woman or a pedophile.

how long did it take you to build your home? how old were you when you bought your land? how did you get the raw materials needed?

I'll have you boys know that I just ordered a Time Life series on "how to force your employer to pay you at a higher pace than inflation," so I'll be an OT baw soon enough.
You lazy suckers.

You lazy suckers.

Now, I can clearly and unequivocally state that it would be impossible to buy land, build a home by hand, work full time, go to college full time, and support myself and all of that with minimum wage jobs that I worked from 14-22.
If he could do that in the 70s/80s, holy frick!
It was even easier back then than I thought.
