Question for Tinder Experts

It seems like there are a lot of false profiles on Tinder, that prompt you to sign up for some porn site. Recently, I've been getting matches that tell me to go a video chat site, because they want to video chat before meeting. Is this legit, or just another spam site?

Bots typically work through paypal, so if she's just asking for a regular credit card number then it's usually legit.
