I already told you - "involuntary" does not equal "accidentally". Stop using the word "accidentally". It makes you sound stupid. Unless you prefer to continue sounding stupid.

Ok "unintentional" then, if we're going to play word games. How that's different than "accidental", I'm not sure exactly, but you seem very sure of yourself (even though you still haven't explained how someone can intentionally stab someone in the heart but unintentionally kill them).

Never said it was against the law (it just goes to the premeditation) but anyone with two brain cells to rub together can decipher he went there intentionally to provoke. Thus the reason he brought a knife and why he yelled touch me and see what happens (if he’s witnesses are saying proves to be true). He will go down for murder barring getting an OJ type racist jury

Take your emotion out of it and think like a defense attorney. Your job is to introduce doubt into the minds of the jurors.

I spoke to an actual District Attorney (my son). Based on what he has read, he said he doesn't think they will be able to get a 1st degree conviction. He thinks a lesser charge will be the eventual outcome.

There’s a group of people in our society that believe any perceived disrespecked warrants the death of the alleged aggressor. They kill one another by the dozens each day over these mundane disagreements. It becomes political when the dead person is white. They want, or maybe already believe, that they should be able to kill someone for not being nice to them.

Then why has he not yet been charged with the crime of bringing a knife to a school-sanctioned track meet?

If they find weed on you after you murder someone, do they charge you with simple possession? No, because you just fricking murdered someone.

maybe you need to stop saying this over and over and instead take YOUR emotion out of it and think like a prosecutor.

Yes, they do. They usually pile on as many charges as they can.

Have you ever looked at a court filing?

I already told you - my son is a prosecutor with no connection to this case. He told me what he sees as the likely outcome.

He definitely thinks like a prosecutor. And a good prosecutor thinks about how a good defense attorney might present his case.

Your emotion is preventing you from comprehending what I've been saying.

Karmelo wasn't even signed up to race, he skipped school to come "hang out" at the track meet and deliberately chose to sit under some other school's tent just to start shite.

he was just a thug POS who showed up with a knife looking for trouble.

F that kid and frick his loser parents.

do you understand that just because someone disagrees with you does not mean they are emotional and you are the only one seeing things objectively? do you think your son is the only lawyer who has weighed in on this?

please, once again, i'm asking you to explain to me how you can intentionally stab someone in the heart and involuntarily kill them. call your little snookums first and have him explain it to you if you need to. i seriously would like to know.

This insulting statement has emotion dripping from it.

Take your emotion out of it and think through what you have read logically.

Say, that reminds me -- how's Kyle Rittenhouse doing these days?

And you need to think like a normal rational person.

A sleezy defense attorney can claim self defense all he wants. It is basically all they have since KA did this in front of 30 people.

He won't be able to explain away that KA brought a knife to a track meet and went and specifically sat in a tent not associated with his team.

And then if the eye witnesses are telling the truth and he was asked to move, said see what happens if you touch me, and then immediately brings out a knife when someone grabs him and stabs a kid in the heart.

If the story is true he texted a friend he was going to stab someone today then he's absolutely cooked.

From the eye witnesses this doesn't sound remotely similar to cases like Trayvon Martin (where TM was on top of Zimmerman and pounding his head into the concrete) or Rittenhouse (where someone was trying to assault him with a skateboard). KA had either been grabbed or punched once after purposely bringing a knife and purposely sitting in another teams space and acted like a dick when asked to leave. The defense's only hope is to get some OJ or Derek Chauvin type jury.

Or.... we stop thinking like manipulative selfish lawyers and use common sense.

You think that grabbing someone without a weapon grabbing someone is in the same vain as someone swinging a skateboard at someone?

Maybe get your brain checked.
