Hiw hard is it doing the fluid shits at home. She is a baby

It's not very hard. Just make sure when you pinch the skin that you don't go through and through because you'll shoot fluid everywhere when you turn the bag on. It's really not too bad, just hold some pressure when you're done so they don't leak on the floor. Ours was little so sometimes, we'd give her fluids on both sides so she wasn't so lopsided while it absorbed.

Honestly, do it at the vets office a couple times to get the hang of it. Go at an angle so you don't hit muscle and it's a piece of cake.

She didn’t like it no
It could have been my mom struggled with poking her but one morning before my mom did it my dad saw the look in her eyes & said that it was enough

Yours may tolerate it better, each dog is different & ours was pretty late stage

The progression from stage 2 to stage 3 kidney failure in dogs can vary widely depending on factors such as the underlying cause of the kidney disease, the dog's overall health, and the management of the condition. Regular veterinary monitoring and early intervention can help slow the progression, but it is often a gradual process that may take months to years.

Regardless of the kidney failure, she's getting up there. When it is time, pay to get a mobile vet to come to you so she can die at home, peacefully.
