“Cantrell: This week we will not see any restrictions put in place for Orleans Parish, because the data dictates otherwise. This is the time to continue to double down on what we know works. Mask up. Be socially distant. And avoid large gatherings.”

Is OP the only parish with inside bar activity? Not places that have food licenses, but strictly bars? If so, I'm stunned.

I believe so. St Bernard was the other and they lost their privileges today.

I can’t believe she’s only 48. I thought she was closing in on 60. Her 13 year old daughter looks 20 she’s so big.

Pat O's would be open even if they closed bars because they "serve food".

Everything has to stop serving alcohol at 11. Many Places in Jefferson Parish are staying open and basically ignoring the rule. Places in Orleans Parish are being almost universally strict about it.
