Purchase of first Home in BR

I was looking to purchase my first home. Any ideas on DSLD new subdivisions coming up in BR or something else? I saw a few new ones and they are pretty high and the houses and very close with minium parking but with an home there will be updates needed and that's what I didn't want to do was update an old home I want move in ready. But 200k is my limit

Well GirD welcome to the OT.

I got nothing on a purchase in BR.

I am sure will get plenty of responses when people wake up some will not be about real estate though

DSLD is tract home cheap quality build. Same as Horton and the other one, forgot the name.

If you need a lot of square footage for cheap it will work. Just be prepared for maintenance work earlier than usual.

Also, the neighborhoods seem to turn trashy pretty quickly.
