Same reason why everytime there is a half way decent position with a white manger they hire majority white, because they believe in giving people of like race the opportunity first. Not saying it's right or that she is actually discriminating against I'm just saying how often do you question a white manager for having a full staff of white people too. Make sure you evaluate your work and before filing a claim and also sit down with her and ask how can you be better because you like your job. I was looking to purchase my first home. Any ideas on DSLD new subdivisions coming up in BR or something else? I saw a few new ones and they are pretty high and the houses and very close with minium parking but with an home there will be updates needed and that's what I didn't want to do was update an old home I want move in ready. But 200k is my limit
HELP

I didn't grow up with a lot but my father always told me to save save save and don't spend all of your money on materialistic things. I like any other young person went to college and got a credit card and fell into a spiral of debt very fast I realized when looking at my account and having less that $500 in it that something had to change. I got a second job paid off all that credit card debt and my goal was to just save and keep my credit as clean as possible. I ended up graduating college with student loans but those I can pay off with no worry and I still have 2 jobs so I can do the things I want while still saving.

Investing is my near future just have a few more things to educate myself on.
