Good they got Cospy jail time.. Bad time for it come down though.. This only drive the Kav crap more cause he got jail time..

Okay if they punish him for past transgressions. Putting a blind old man in maximum security because he's a threat doesnt pass muster. don't get me wrong, he should be punished, but he is not a menace to society in his,present condition.

Prison time. I'm not arguing with that. The judge stated he is a threat, which is ludicrous. He can't find the door without help.

He was convicted of drugging and raping a woman. And mostly likely drugged and raped a whole lot more. He’s no better than any other rapist or molester. But him in the scariest place on earth for rest of his days.

Anyone have any idea of how soon he could possibly get out? 3-10 is a wide range... any chance he could end up serving less than 3?

Put him in prison. It just seems silly to put him in a maximum security setting. It's not like he's going to escape or shank somebody.

Taken into custody for screening to determine prison placement immediately

House arrest was reasonable. I do agree with his representation that racism and sexism has played a part in this.
