Public Places Where TD is Blocked

On the road today and had a code between Mickey Ds or Applebee's for lunch. I opted for Applebees. Sitting at the bar I tried to pull up TD. It was blocked as an inappropriate site.
Anyone else been to a public place where TD is inexplicably blocked?

Fire dept I work at has it blocked, under social networking, also, anything sports related is blocked.

KFC/Taco Bell in Houma on St. Charles.
I grabbed my food and went back to my work truck and parked next to the Off the Hook place in the same parking lot to pick up their wifi.

Breitbart is blocked at my work for "intolerance" but sites like Mother Jones, Media Matters, Think Progress are perfectly good to stand up
