Next thing you’ll be telling us about how you can’t find new releases on 8 track…. Everyone else in the world has been using Waze or google maps for the last decade grandpa.

You got to update your maps memory card.

Or use your phone like everyone else.

ETA pro tip get waze with the dude from chalmette’s voice directions.

There's a reset procedure for the car maps. Usually just drive in a circle or something similar.

One time my in car gps told me to take the new bridge. I’ve never trusted it since.

Was driving through rural Arkansas once using a Garmin and ended up deeeep in the woods on a dirt road that was supposed to be a highway.
The only thing missing was the banjos.
They aren’t fool proof.

Google Maps got me today trying to get Clark Creek. Bridge was out, had me turning on a road…private road…gate padlocked. Neat. Lost an hour of daylight.

I used Google maps before smartphones or GPS in the car. Printed the directions out for long trips
