Fill in holes but don’t paint. New owners will probably paint anyway.

Don't fill in holes unless you plan to paint it. If you don't have the paint, the new owner certainly won either, so filling in the holes will just create work.
I agree that anything that could be considered damage, that was covered by a picture, try and fix and paint it.
At least take out any hanging nails from the wall.

Previous owner filled and painted holes, but the color was a tad off and now I have random paint swaths all over due to the previous a-hole. They did this after inspection. We think they used flat but the walls were glossy. I would have rather pin size holes vs 2 inch round wrong paint circles.

Fill and paint like a decent person unless you rent and the holes don’t violate the lease.
Lowes paint match is great. You can get a sample from behind switch plates.

If it's sold, it's sold as is. No way I'm wasting time filling every little nail hole when I'm not even sure the new owners won't paint anyway.

I'm sure there is a handyman around the trailer park who can help.

It is Sold. Also “As Is”.
We are supposed to close Friday. I’ll at least fill them, and probably paint what I can with the colors I have on hand.
I’m not going buy more paint.
