Big, if true. Rioters opened the vault in the Treasury and took a video of what was inside, see gif:
In addition to Powell manning the printer, there was a briefcase filled with IOU's - in the style of Dumb and Dumber.
Rioters recovered an IOUs for the 'War on Terror', 'TARP Bailout', and '2020 Stimulus Checks'. Despite Powell claiming the IOUs were worth something, the rioters ended up using them as toilet paper.
