Is it:
A) praw-cess-es
B) pro-seas
I've heard both ways, but think it's correctly B.
Friend says A.
So which is it?

Both are correct, but the true correct plural form is processi (similar to how cactus’s plural form is cacti)

Words derived from Greek which end in -is have plural ending -es pronounced "eez", i.e. basis, stasis, proboscis, thesis. The plural of the word "process"(not being Greek) is pronounced "process's", that is with a short e sound at the end - just as in the plural of "dress, stress, tress, address" and so on.
You're both right.

The American way is "PRAH-sesses"
However, I like to say it the British way: "PRO- sesses"

Every British social studier or expert or political reporter on my podcasts say pro-ceases.
But every british sciencetist or science expert on them say pro-seas.
Maybe it's more a field of study difference

That doesn't sound plural.

Cause B sounds like some nerd Yankee or British shite.

Think you hit nail on head.
Lot of British "experts" on the podcasts I listen to at work.
Course, one of those podcasts is Russell Brand's.
