Both are correct,

The use of the "eez" pronunciation is for greek based words that end in an "sis" sound or an "x" like Axis-axes, Thesis - Theses, Basis - Bases, Index - Indices.

It is pronounced Process-ez.

but the true correct plural form is processi (similar to how cactus’s plural form is cacti)

Even worse.

The plural example you give, cactus - cacti, is correct for latin based words that end in "us". Not words that end in "ess"

I don’t think it has pronounced correctly yet.

(Prah cess es)

It is pronounced prä-?se-s?z which would be
quote:

A) praw-cess-es

The way you showed
quote:

B) pro-seas
is totally wrong but it is similar to pro-, -s?-, -?sez just missing an entire syllable. That is a commonly used pronunciation but there is etymological basis for it since the use of the "eez" pronunciation is typically for Greek based words that end in an "sis" sound or an "x" like Axis-axes, Thesis - Theses, Basis - Bases, Index - Indices.
