Profiling like a mofo....

Just witnessed perhaps the most obvious case of profiling I've ever seen. Yesterday and today there have been a few Tech or LSU players roaming the tunnels grabbing a snack or bite to eat here in Houston under the Hyatt and my building. Noticible by either they're attire (the gray/gold LSU warm ups are very sweet btw). Just now there were two professionally dressed black males having lunch at a table (prob mid 30s) and an old white lady in a purple sweater approached them and asked if they were LSU players.
The struggle is real!

I went to the movies last week and was asked if I was A'Shawn Robinson by a white kid. I'm 6'0"

How is that profiling? She's wearing a purple sweater, so she may have just been an LSU fan and wants an autograph. I think its safe to ask fairly large men if they are athletes.

My sophomore year of high school a Mexican girl a year younger than me family moved next door to us, and the first thing she asked me was if I can sing. Apparently all black people can sing...

I didn't say they were 'fairly large'. What makes you assume that????
They were just two averaged size MEN (mid 30s). Nothing about them said college athlete.
FWIW, seemed like they got a good laugh out of it.

Some old ladies will say whatever. My moms friend went up to Jeff Goldblum and asked if he was gay. Random I know.

Valid question. The answer is no. Assuming they're large dude i'd say it's a pretty safe bet they're ball players.

A kid at the park asked me if I was Allen Iverson. I am not black. He just saw me breaking ankles with my crossover.

So she doesnt know who they are but wants their autograph?
Seems odd.
Also, dont interrupt people while they are eating. Thats rude.
