Priceline for a rental car

Anyone ever rent a car through Priceline? I've gotten a ton of hotel rooms, but never a rental car.
Is it worth it? Any tricks/advice?

I've gotten a few really good deals by using name your own price with them.

Just go to carrentals.com. They compare all the different companies lowest prices and you can pick without having to put down a credit card. Hell make reservations at 3 different places in case the line is long.

Get national emerald club...get last minute specials....rent mid size and take whatever you want when you get there

Once you book a car rental through them they continuously recheck the same itinerary and rebook you at a lower rate if they can find a cheaper price.
