This doesn't look resolved IMO if you haven't resolved the territory or security guarantees. Plus the Russian sources I follow on Twitter appear to dismiss this plan out of hand

Sucks for Ukraine that they are having to give up lands Russia hasn't even occupied militarily.

Russia was negotiating from a position of power. Putin has little incentive to end the war. He's fine throwing bodies and military assets at this thing as long as it takes. Any stop of the conflict is a win.
