He's a fat guy that thinks he's the Jesse Jackson of Baton Rouge. He, just like his idol Jesse, has a vested interest in ensuring that black in Baton Rouge stay perceived victims so he can gain personal fame. He has no interest in equality but rather a utopia where blacks will subjugate whites for past sins.
