Hi,

My boyfriend has been in the pretrail program for 8 months. He doesn’t do drugs and he has not drank until recently. He went to a crawfish boil and had a couple of beers. The following week was his monthly appointment. He was sent to do a drug test. If he failed would they call him or would he not find out until his next monthly appointment?

The booze was out of his system within hours.

BTW you need to drop the guy, he's an idiot and a loser for taking chances and making bad decisions...

He probably failed. Beer can stay in your system for weeks.

The only way we can make an accurate assessment and provide appropriate feedback is if you post photos of yourself.

He would have never left, they lock you up on the spot.

So, what were his charges to get him in pre trial?

What crime did he commit to get placed in pre trial?

Max ETG detection is about 80 hours after BAC reaches zero. So there is zero chance he failed a week later. And, they call you.

(Embarrassed that I know this)
