Prayers. It’s tough when our parents start having trouble.
Take some time for peaceful deep breathing and focus or a nice easy run to help work through it.
Personally, my spiritual beliefs (albeit flawed and far from perfect) are life saving to me, but I know some believe differently. All good.

Do your family a favor and make sure her final affairs are in order. They tend to lose what muscle they have once bed ridden and aren’t usually strong enough to gain it back.

Lost my sweet mother two weeks ago. Definitely one I took flush on the chin. Wasn't ready but my faith in God very much is pulling me through. Lots of smiles and also tears but she is happy now. No more hurting or suffering and walking on streets of gold with Jesus!
