Debris nearing 25,000 feet in Darien. One of the most densely populated parts of the west side suburbs and in the United States in general

I was just about to post that tweet. Here are the pics from it.

Ominous radar signatures occurred a few minutes ago as a tornado moved through locations from Woodridge to Darien, Illinois (west of Chicago). CC indicates that debris was lofted to ~20,000 ft. #ilwx

That poor tornado. Gonna get dragged out of its fluffy cloud and shot up.

I get what you're saying but most people there are not gangsta. Most hate where they live because of gangsta.

This one could be really bad. There are a hell of alot of people in the path where that debris signature tracked. We're probably going to see some pretty bad damage pics come morning.

Radar showed the tornado was heading to Englewood, but looks like it broke up before it got to the city.

My parents and friends in the burbs are in their basements though. I think it may have wrecked some places near them based on the debris ball.

That's not the south side of Chicago. Bolingbrook, Darien, etc are some rich suburbs west of Chicago.

They should stay even if/when that warning is lifted. There is some serious wind in that bowing segment of the line.
