How many of you post on or monitor Tigerdroppings while on the job?
1. If you are paid by the hour, your employer is not paying you to post or read TD. You are stealing.
2. If you are on salary, your salary does not cover you perusing and posting on TD.
I've posted at work, so I'm guilty, but I am self-employed.

I'd say in a given day I only do about 15 minutes of real, actual work.

My folks work task-based projects. If they get their work done on time and of sufficient quality, I don't give a frick what they do outside of that.

My boss doesn't give two shits about what I do at work, as long as my work is completed and correct.
