More surprised this wasn't in LA. I got quite a few greeting cards already opened when I'd get my mail in baton rouge. Reported it to the post master but never heard anything else after that.

Have had many items stolen by the postal system, several shipments from Amazon were shown as "delivered left by front doo", but my security cameras show the mail carrier only leaving mail in the mailbox on those days, took it to the post office, they could not care less.

How did authorities catch the suspect?
