So this was one of those Pakistani protesters? Go take that shite to Pakistani. Wasn't there another one this past week? The one who killed the couple who was about to get married? Maybe the whole county needs to be wiped out.

Where do you think quote:Palestinians come from?

They came from the sea peoples who have always been a violent destructive horde, a cancer upon civilization look at what they did the the Bronze Age

You’re thinking about the Philistines. Modern day Palestinians are not related to them.

quote:

Philistines (Hebrew: ?????????????, romanized: P?lištim; LXX: Koine Greek: F???st?e?µ, romanized: Phulistieím; Latin: Philistaei) were ancient people who lived on the south coast of Canaan during the Iron Age in a confederation of city-states generally referred to as Philistia.

There is compelling evidence to suggest that the Philistines originated from a Greek immigrant group from the Aegean.[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8] The immigrant group settled in Canaan around 1175 BC, during the Late Bronze Age collapse. Over time, they intermixed with the indigenous Canaanite societies and assimilated elements from them, while preserving their own unique culture.[9]
In 604 BC, the Philistines, who had been under the rule of the Neo-Assyrian Empire (911–605 BC), were ultimately vanquished by King Nebuchadnezzar II of the Neo-Babylonian Empire.[10] Much like the kingdoms of Israel and Judah, the Philistines lost their autonomy by the end of the Iron Age, becoming vassals to the Assyrians, Egyptians, and later Babylonians. Historical sources suggest that Nebuchadnezzar II destroyed Ashkelon and Ekron due to the Philistines' rebellion, leading to the exile of many Philistines, who gradually lost their distinct identity in Babylonia. By the late fifth century BC, the Philistines no longer appear as a distinct group in historical or archaeological records.

While the Philistines were Greek in origin, modern-day Palestinians are mostly of Arab origin.

The confusion comes from when the Romans tried to erase the Jewish people following their Bar Kokhba revolt against Roman rule over Judea.

quote:

Syria Palaestina, meaning "Syrian Palestine," was a Roman province established in 135 CE after the suppression of the Jewish revolt of 132-136 CE. It replaced the name Judea and was intended to erase the connection between the province and the Jewish people. The name Palestine, derived from the Philistines, became associated with the region, even though the province was part of the broader Roman Province of Syria

LINK

Really, the Palestinians didn’t arrive in the area in large numbers until Muslim conquest of the Levant between 634–638 AD. Though they never referred to the area, or themselves as “Palestinians “. Instead they named the area Bilad al-Sham…

The closest thing to “Palestine” was the area they named “Filastin”. The name “Palestine” would not reemerge until 1919 when, following the end of WWI and the collapse of the Ottoman Empire, the League of Nations created the “Mandate of Palestine” under British control.

So, really there is no such thing as a “Palestinian”, they’re really just Arabs who move into the area in the 600s and now take the name “Palestinians”, even though that name has nothing to do with them.

I am just saying.. Whatever message he was trying to send.. Nobody cares. Whatever statement he was trying to make, it doesn't matter. You might have some college kids at schools around the country who care, but a percentage of them will grow up and think back and say "I was an idiot back then".

yep

And Israel should use the nukes they have, and wipe them out.

But for some reason they don’t. And that’s what keeps me curious about the whole thing.

That’s a tough call… this whole thing is a total mess. Innocent people get killed during war… there is zero reason any hostages should have been there over a few months. I don’t think Israel will ever know if they have cleared Gaza of hamas…

The left won’t be able to talk their way out of this one. This is most certainly anti-semitism and not “anti-zionism” as the left likes to say.
