Authentic Mexican food may be my favorite food to eat. If the staff in the kitchen not speaking Spanish then I don't want the food.
On any championship team, you've gotta have those disciplined,workhorse, brings lunchpail to work everyday, first to arrive-last to leave, deceptively athletic guys if you want to seriously win
In other words you need a couple of white guys

Japanese people are smart, make great products, care about their work and have always been (in my experience) polite. Never met any that were fricked up.
Mexican people are hard workers and make great food. Some are fricked up.
Black folks are often great craftsmen and have a sense of loyalty to their families. Some are severely fricked up though.
Indian people are polite, smart and hard workers.
