Sandwich or no sandwich, you put a Popeye's and a CFA next to each other, and 100 times out of 100 I'm going to the former.

Yeah. I gotta give Canes credit here they have built their entire business model around good service and consistently juicy fresh fingers.
Is not seasoned as well as some and it's expensive, but I watched my brother sit on an hour long conference call where managing partners discussed proper cooking times to get the best fingers after they switched chicken suppliers.
And the reason they switched was because their original supplier quit offering fresh not frozen chicken.
When whatever shitty Carolina fast food joint goes through that much effort to put out a good product then ole boy pumping them may have an argument

....tried one yesterday. Threw in some red beans and rice. Yummy! Had to wait 10 minutes for my samich cause they had to fry up another batch. Heavy demand.
