But it is hard to pick your nose, etc wearing plastic gloves.
Black people in the service industry generally do not wear gloves. Definitely not at Popeyes. Maybe at your more scrutinized taco bells

And brings race into this. When the pic clearly shows white and black.

You don’t know what you are talking about.
We are discussing this Popeyes. And the picture. Which shows an employee wearing gloves.
Continue with your racism.

Generalizing about a group of people based on race is racism
Bringing up race when it has nothing to do w the pic or my comment speaks volumes.

I would actually say the nicer the restaurant the less wearing of gloves. And that’s an overwhelmingly white segment of the service industry

Your picture includes Popeyes insignia. Race is relevant in any discussion of Popeyes.

No it's not you dweeb
You think the term "white privelege" is racist?

I would imagine in the fast food industry, if you just dressed correctly, shaved, was on time, smiled, and was always polite and did your job as instructed, it would be really easy to move up

That would put you at the top 5% of fast food workers.

That doesn’t look that bad, this on the other hand looks a little suspect.

So the fact that the sheet pan is on top of a trash can does not bother you?
Do you think the germs will travel through the metal of the sheet pan via some sort of osmosis?

Do you think the sheet pan will be washed before its placed on a prep table? That would ruin your osmosis theory.

Ever seen maggots crawl on top of garbage cans?

The visual is the problem. I know you are at the mercy of folks making low wages wherever you dine. Even high end restaurants have line cooks making crap money that may not have the highest sanitary code.
But once you see it, it is hard to shake.
On a long driving trip I needed to stretch my legs and went in to order at a fast food place. I see a guy in the back making the food covered head to toe with tats and handling the food with no gloves with hands that had cuts and sores. I went next door to the convenience store and had chips for breakfast.
But once you see it, it is hard to shake.

They are not nearly as good as they were round one because now they are putting them together in bulk and heat lamping them.

I meant in this case. Chick-Fil-A has set up great systems and checks where they could have an open kitchen with glass windows and they would probably be ok.
