Yeah, you're probably right.
Sucks for that person. When you operate a business IG account, you just switch between it and your own personal one so its very easy to accidentally do things under the wrong one.
My friend works at a restaurant with a big social media presence and accidentally messages me from their IG constantly.

My daughter's Catholic school class rebelled against the strict enforcement of their dress code by all wearing red panties and flashing their math teacher. That night he had a heart attack and they had to survive both detention and a nun as substitute math teacher for the rest of the school year.
Edited to add: The math teacher survived but of course could not immediately return to teaching, and did not do so at their school.

We did something similar to Brother Ambrose at Christian Brothers in City Park when I was in 5th grade. But, instead of dying he rubbed out an easy one and showed up the next morning in a good mood.
