Honestly, as much as all the stuff they wear weighs, you could have a 4.4 40 dude or sub 4 minute miler and having to run down a suspect with all that gear would be challenging.

Yeah but what's more important is having the cardio and stamina if they go hands on with a suspect for an extended period of time.
