Only one block from the grounds. Half a block from the Police station. Shooter was a real scholar

Yep. They’ll use the semantics to make it seem like it doesn’t matter and was unrelated to the fest.

I get it but there probably won’t be much past that.

What ever happened to the crazy person who drove their car into the Hammond Target?

Don’t know how you figure this. It was a 15 year old kid at the fest. So sure it was festival related. It just happened a block off the grounds.

Even without the shooting that looks miserable. How is that possibly fun? Standing around in a crowd.

Just some mostly peaceful off-site gun play. Come on out today and enjoy the festival! Don't let kast night's shooting deter you!

I moved to Hammond in 2006, we went to the festival that year and never again. Nothing about it is appealing

and yes the exits on 55 back up in both directions all day Saturday and Sunday

Prop Stop for the boatless

Given the current fest goer demographics, if the promoters adopted this as the official slogan, they might close the deal on luring in any remaining holdouts.

Crowds are crazy ridiculous today. Attempted to go again today and I swear there are more people there than there was Friday night.
