She is at the perfect angle to not show a big fat gut. She is wearing support garments. The photographer's skills are first rate. She almost certainly has a gut when the stomach is unleashed.

You’re not seeing anything because it’s edited. Every single professional modeling picture you see these days are. Even many of the Instagram “fitness model” pics that get posted here are at least slightly edited and carefully selected. IWHI too but she’s most definitely obese.
