A brief nod to the late, great Sheriff Harry Lee of Jefferson Parish, who a New York newsperson proclaimed to be racist for something he said.
THere was much snickering that the New Yorker couldn't tell the difference between a Lee from Virginia and a Lee from Taiwan.

I have no idea what most of this board is doing. Present a felonious threat to me or mine, you get a mag dump, unless you are incapacitated a few rounds short of that. Why does this keep coming up?

Correction, you are most definitely the idiot.
You're looking at this from your feckless, limp wristed, useless abilities and skills standpoint. Yes, YOU are more likely to get killed because you are unable to defend yourself due to a lack of spine, testosterone, and other masculine traits.
Those of us who DO possess those things own guns, train with them, are knowledgeable and comfortable with them, and are fully capable of administering some Find Out to those who frick Around.
I have a few friends like you. One lives in a neighborhood that has become sketchy due to an influx of cultcha. He asked me if I thought he should buy a pistol. I said "no, definitely not Larry."
He did anyway. That was 8 years ago. He has still never been to the range, fired it, or even taken the trigger lock off. He told me he lost the key to the lock and I told him I pray he never finds it.

I'm sure if you read this somewhere it is including people committing crimes in the numbers for "gun owners". Unless of course you have a link showing that in only home invasion scenarios gun owners die more frequently than non gun owners.
