Catholic church has a 16 year old minimum, but they allow the priest to make the decision. I've known young teens that were godparents. Sometimes godparents just get the title as an honorific. Well, I've been reading the Hadiths and found out muhammad told he best friend Abu Bakr that Allah revealed to him that Bakr's 6 year old daughter was for him. So he married her. But it's ok because muahammad was only 53 at the time.

If I read that correctly the girl is 18, you are 12 years older at 30, and the girl's dad is 7 years older so 37? So he had a daughter at 19, and we are surprised she wants to put out like her mom?
