Has it been confirmed that the car is leaking fluid? That could rule out the use of a flashbang.

I can't see very well, but it looks like the guy has been in the same position the entire time. Is that his hand on the steering wheel? It's hard to see. It looks like he is just sitting there with his left arm on the door with his hand on the wheel.

How can you determine this from the abc13 feed? Assuming that is the feed you are watching. I can't see much of anything either other than the vehicle and the trucks who have him pinned in from a distance.

That's what I thought. I couldn't tell if it was light reflecting off of his window, maybe partially rolled down.
