I lived in that area for years. Never once felt unsafe. Then you wake up and see crap like this and someone being shot and killed on the Interstate this morning. Absolutely disgusting. And yes as another poster pointed out I’m sure this was all a big misunderstanding and these scholars were on their way to summer classes at Tulane when the out of control cops started shooting for no good reason.
