Noble's mother and attorney said in a claim filed with the city that the officers used excessive force, and they called the death inexcusable. The claim does not say how much Nelson seeks from the city.

Of course she is.

Me:Does the cops' actions after he was non-compliant matter?

You: Yes

This is Darth level dumb. That is not the question I asked you in case you couldn't figure that out.

like I said, this is quite easy to say after the fact from a computer 3,000 miles away

It is, but in this case the cops were wrong. That has to matter.

you stating that he clearly wasn't a threat and me stating that you don't know that are the same?

not in this case, not with how this guy was acting

everything about how he was acting says he is a threat and is armed

He seems quite certain of his opinion to me. As do you.

You cannot conceivably blame him for his actions after he was shot twice in the gut. Come on people.

Yea, no such thing as an adrenaline spike of fight or flight kicking in. Those aren't real things.

I'm saying they were wrong because he was unarmed. I'm saying that has to matter at some point. 10% of fatal police shootings in 2015 were unarmed. 93 people.

You and he have spent page after page in here arguing with anyone who questions the cops shooing him after he was down. Not even once have either of you come close to admitting the shots on the ground were remotely questionable. At every turn you've argued in favor of the cops shooing him after he was down.

But now you want to claim that you're saying it's not clear? Dont piss on my leg and try telling me it's raining.

What happened to non lethal in most cases especially when you have a partner? They tased the guy here in BR and his relentless nature continued making his shooting easily justified. While this guy was asking for it, we shouldn't accept the continued policy of shoot first and sort it out later.

Its a tough call.. I dont think these cops wasnted to kill the guy, I dont think they should be jailed but they do not need to be officers anymore. The training and protocols many receive need to be re-visited because the general policies seems to be that of an occupied zone.

Unarmed doesn't make you not dangerous. Did I really have to tell you that?

What does that have to do with the video in this specific circumstance?

No, your opinion that the cops were justified for shooing him after he was down.

Actually that's not what we've done, but you'eve already shown that you can't follow a conversation if your life depended on it.

No, but we also haven't said it is clear what they are one way or the other either.

Until better evidence is presented, I side with the cops.

I've said nothing to oppose that.

you wouldn't know the difference anyway.
