It's abnormal to own 1000 guns. Even if you or the OP dude owned them 100% legally, it's still very abnormal. That doesn't mean good or bad, but by definition it's abnormal.

What about Mel Bernstein?

Not really. Have you ever seen Straight out of Compton or Menace to Society?

Doesn't this guy own a firearms museum? Not really the same thing as a guy who owns non-collectible firearms and was only caught with over 1,000 live rounds. To put that in perspective he had about 1 round per weapon he had. What gun owner has that ratio?

CA has stupid gun laws. You can still buy "assault" weapons like the AR15 but they don't look as scary.

My hero. Anybody that owns a Russian tank....with ammo....is good with me. But yeah, he's pretty abnormal.

The issue I have here is that most reasonable gun owners will say, “ok, you have evidence and have charged him with a crime. Great. He should get a fair trial, and if convicted, should face consequences of his crimes. However, if not guilty, EVERY single gun should be returned to him immediately.”

But we know that wouldn’t happen.
