It probably proved he was at the scene of this crime at the time it was alleged to have happened.

And the dumbass lets him out on bond.

Assuming the evidence was strong, this is terrible. The only thing that may redeem her is if the case is shakier than the police and DA say, which isn’t unheard of. Even then it’d be tough to stomach and with the ankle monitor I’d think there’s some concrete ties.

The sad part is that these judges are rarely, if ever, held to task in cases of gross negligence.

They are the SEC and NFL referees of the criminal Justice system

This is heartbreaking.

Do you believe in second chances?

How about third chances?

What about 20 chances?

Any answer other than yes means you’re a bigot.

Flight - the court has reason to believe the offender won’t show up and bond isn’t sufficient to ensure that they will show. Danger to the community - the offender has done something or their history indicates that they are a danger to the community if allowed to go free pending trial.

This kid clearly fits into the second category and it is hard to see how a judge didn’t grasp that.

He also fits into the first. He was out and about with an ankle monitor. That is presumably a violation of his bond conditions.

This reminds me of another true crime story my wife and watched on YouTube. This guy was released from prison and as part of his probation, he had to wear an ankle monitor. After a few days, he went back to his thieving ways and pushed the limits of his ankle monitor. The ankle monitor would go off, but nothing happened. He eventually rob, raped, and murder a woman. The guy had a MO where he would rob people at an ATM. Between his release and the eventual murder, there were 4 or 5 robberies that fit his MO. The ankle monitor was pretty much useless because the cops checked his whereabouts once, maybe twice a day. If the monitor went off, the cops wouldn't know until there next scheduled check.

Nah, she needs to be butt raped off a cliff. No excuse for complete incompetence. It is amazing how such stupidity and neglect gets into a position like this.

Jail is not always for punishment. Sometimes it's to keep the barbarians behind a gate.

See? He's a good boy. He's trying to get his life back on track. Never did nuthin to nobody. The system is just racist.

I hope someone executes this piece of shite. We are entering into a time where vigilante justice is needed.
